The company conducts training and technical training programs to engage continuous learning.

Main Development Programs:

Educational Assistance Program: provides the opportunity to take technical education, undergraduate, graduate and/or language courses to the employees;

Program to Increase Schooling: provides opportunity of study to those employees who have not yet finished elementary and/or middle school;

Internal Training Program: provides knowledge and experience exchange among the areas of activity.
