OUR SHAREHOLDERS

 Celeo Redes S.L. is a Spanish company dedicated to the promotion, construction and exploration of projects of energy infrastructures. Currently, it has assets in Chile and Brazil, maintaining several activities in other markets in Latin America.
 
The ownership structure of Celeo Redes SL is divided into 51% of Celeo Concessões de Investimento SLU, belonging to Grupo Elecnor SA, and the remaining 49% of APG Infrastructure Pool 2012, a Dutch fund managed by APG Management NV, one of the main managers of pension funds in the world.
 
Celeo Redes S.L develops all its activity in Brazil through its company Celeo Redes Brasil S.L.
